Private money to run elections may be the next frontier for Democrats to try and steal ALL elections, but it would be irresponsible for Republicans not to do everything possible to stop it. It is obviously and inherently corrupt and degrades the entire election process and turns it into a battle over money rather than one over ideas. It is, in every sense od the word, institutionalized corruption.

We don’t need money, we need legislation which creates a secure IT-based election system, which would cost a small fraction of the money to run.

What you propose is anything that will give you a permanent advantage and create a politburo. We aren’t doing that. While you may think the lawless attacks against protestors from Jan 6 will protect you, you are going to fuck around and start a serious civil war.

Stop trying to figure out ways to cheat and start trying to develop policy objectives that the people will embrace.
