>> North Carolina received at least $4.7 million from the Center for Tech & Civic Life and the Center for Election Innovation & Research. It was used to purchase pens for voters at the polls, provide bonuses to workers at early voting sites and send mailers about voting procedures, according to the State Board of Elections. Another 10 counties also got monetary help from the USC Schwarzenegger Institute to run polling sites, the state board said.

The question that must be asked is, "Does the contribution and distribution of funds by private donor to destinations determined by the donor on a per-county basis, create any actual or any appearance of impropriety?"

If it does, it stops right there. It cannot be allowed.

This is the one question that must be asked and answered. Interestingly, it seems all Democrats are just okay with this obviously corrupt initiative. The same people who were whining about Citizens United have no problem with actual money contributed to to enable cheating in the precincts.
Isn't that something.
