| | | No, what you have provided is a lot of speculation. Much of it rooted in having no idea of how things work. You have no experience with grants, for example. So you find details in the grant on how the money is spent to be suspicious. You have been told that is standard on grants, they are contracts after all. You might have a point if the language was inserted after the grant application was submitted, but even then, without knowing what the application said, you really can't reach any conclusion. Not to mention, the grants almost certainly didn't say what you claim that it does because you, or whoever you got your information from, clearly inserted slanted language.
You aren't very persuasive because it doesn't take much checking to find out you are just posting speculation. Now I personally don't check out everything you post because after a few checks, it is clear you don't have anything real. And there just isn't any point in checking into everything. |
