Great day today, a new high on the Amex, and I didn't check Toronto
but it may have also hit a new high there. Now we have serpents
amidst the ashes, and I wonder who else will join this macabre
party, which may end up in smoke around the campfire.
In my humble opinion, the market is telling us the story. In the end,
the facts are what count, and
the behavior in this stock is telling. I don't buy that
manipulation/promotion nonsense: this stock is too well known
and in some very strong hands. The message to me is we are close
to the next level: LC 4 and 6. I would expect the stock to go a lot
higher on a favorable ruling, perhaps to $10 U.S. or higher, the
way it is behaving.
Then, after a pullback, it could attain another level on the back
of a J/V or big brother "take-over", this time into the teens
or higher. AFter that, we might see another quiet period, until
a mega-deal is announced, assuming that the company is not totally
taken out.
