Tamper-proof, meaning Democrats would never buy into it. Every eligible voter could registere and vote on a cell phone. You could approach 100% of voters turning out, all on one day, from anywhere. No time off from work. None of it. 100% verifiable. Bring it up and watch how fast the left shoots it down. The problem is you can't cheat.
