As long as the provider was Zuckerberg or some other wealthy liberal. Unfortunately, there are few wealthy conservatives to offset that.

Few? lol, you're joking, right? There are plenty of "conservative" billionaires who are plenty active in politics, backing Republicans with millions of dollars in ads and PAC money, thanks to C.U. Just naming a few of them:

The Kochs
Peter Thiel
Paul Singer
Foster Friess
Sheldon Adelson's widow, now that he has gone to his maker
Bob Mercer and his lovely daughter
Woody Johnson
Robert Kraft
Norman Bramen
Ken Langone
Joe Rickets

There are plenty more where those guys came from.

Every eligible voter could registere and vote on a cell phone. You could approach 100% of voters turning out, all on one day, from anywhere. No time off from work. None of it. 100% verifiable.

You are presuming that everyone has a cell phone. Right.
