Care to post some facts to back up your claim ? Joe ran on the claim he’d fix Covid. Plenty of video clips of him saying Trump shouldn’t be Prez because there were 200k deaths. Joes got almost 300k under his belt and hasn’t done anything close to what Trumps tack force accomplished.

And now he’s saying he can’t do anything.
