Yes, it's hitting the fan. The jet fan. Airline flights in huge global contraction! And it's going to get worse.

<...the total of grounded flights during the Christmas weekend hit 3,500 around the globe while 2,100 more were canceled on Monday. In the U.S., nearly 2,300 flights were canceled on Saturday and Sunday.

Bad weather and maintenance issues were part of the groundings, but airlines say that the Omicron variant is wreaking havoc as they have —in the words of a JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) spokesperson— “seen an increasing number of sick calls from Omicron.”>

Of course we know it's NOT OMICRON which = the common cold. It's the mandates + the cursed clot shots. Normal seasonal flu couldn't cause a fraction of the above numbers. Saw another article citing rapid increase in retail store closings far in excess of what can be chalked up to online retail growth this year. The stores don't have the staff to stay open.
