you will see the schedule 13 filled today by Franklin (MP sold out to them but still mamages his funds as aprt of the sales agrement). All that can be said is that he had purchased 5.5% of the shares by 12/13. This means he must have bought quite a bit very cheaply, however, we do not know when he started/stopped, he may have continued to buy in January.
