Re: Trim of PEP and use of proceeds ++ I understand why you made these moves but just curious if you give any consideration to fair value (which I know is a range) when you add to or open positions when making moves like these. ++ Yes, I do. Four pillars - yield, dividend growth, dividend safety and valuation. Typically the trims are overvalued and the adds and/or new positions are fairly to under valued - mostly on the comparison of current yield to 5 year average yield.
