Sam,
In my first pass looking a CTSI, it doesn't meet a couple of my screening criteria - I rarely buy a company anticipated to lose money for the forseeable future (my current exception is GLFD, because I know the senior scientist there), and I rarely buy one that isn't the leader in its sector (my current exceptions are SFAM and QDIN, because I think the downside risks are negligible). I don't necessarily think those are rules everyone has to follow, and you certainly don't get many doubles, let alone four-baggers with such a philosophy, but I'm explaining it as a prelude to telling you I didn't look very far into CTSI before deciding it wasn't particularly attractive to me. One of the things I did see was a Motley Fool Daily Trouble report on them; sounds like downside here is probably limited, too, but the competition is major, so perhaps they are most attractive as a takeover candidate - by someone like ESON?? (just said that to make this every so slightly on-topic!)
