Re: JNJ ... It depends on the portfolio as to what my decisions are regarding JNJ.

I needed more yield and dividend growth in the Middle Age Portfolio so I sold it.

I wanted more yield in the Old Folk Portfolio so I trimmed it down closer to a full position, but it is still overweight.

I kept it and reinvest the dividends back into JNJ in the Young Folk Portfolio.

So, as usual, it comes down to what the portfolio goal is and each person has a different goal and time frame.

I'm not concerned with the spin off at this time, I'll see what happens post spin off. On the surface I like it. JNJ is minimizing litigation risk and from a company point of view, that should benefit the company. Investors may not like it near term but over the longer term it will be forgotten and I see JNJ moving forward.

When you stop and think about it, it's not any worse than when JNJ had to recall drugs over and over and over again during a short period of time. It eventually gets forgotten and JNJ moved on. I don't see it any differently this time either based on what information we have so far.
