You are right, Strategies and Market Trends is part of Stocktalk
or
Political content disguised as idiocy

The comment would be fine on a political thread.
That entire discussion has had very little to do with the markets or strategies for a long time.
In fact that entire discussion is Channel 0 content with little to relieve the propaganda drumbeat.
For people looking for Stock Talk that thread does not and cannot deliver.

Advice on what to do with your money should be carefully scrutinized in terms of relevance to reality.
Reality is not a giant conspiracy adding exciting happenings to everyday life.
Reality is a slow trudge through the the snow and cold with no guaranteed fireplace or hot toddy at the end.
That you were over there reading does you credit, the only way to open your mind is to be open.
However, if you are open to Channel 0 all the time and Channel 1 is a government plot you are lost.
Anyone following that thread is reinforcing their political bias and learning nothing about reality.
You should not be able to slap up a political discussion group and have it exist in Market Strategies.
It is political content and it isn't even very imaginative political content.
It is really closer to "Seventh grade playground bluster by students grading no more than D- in math".
