Steve,

I liked the "merger" with ACX. If ACX were to develop a nice
commercial solar panel, something comprable to what Siemens
and Solarex put out then PCOM would be a good distribution
route for the product and it could benefit both. Being allied with
a NYSE company seemed like a plus for PCOM and its stock.
And if a month or year down the road ACX wanted to buy all of
PCOM at 4 or 5$ a share I could live with that.

I'm concerned this delay in end of the year reporting could mean
something didnt fly with the auditors, but their normal range on
reports is the 2nd to 11th of the month when the report is due, so
hopefully they are just busy folks running a little late on the
paperwork. There hasnt been any volume on this stock at all,
so the insiders dont seem to be buying or selling.
