The Court docket on IAUSenergy.com for the Civil case is now current as of today. iausenergy.com The Receiver's most recent Status Report is pretty interesting. It provides a nice summary of the status of cases he filed against persons/companies that profited from their involvement with IAS/RaPower3/Johnson/Shepard. As you can see (if you care enough to read the document in its entirety), the Receiver has accomplished much of what he was tasked to do, with only a few holdouts remaining. See docket entry #1180. Some of the Receiver's remaining cases are against insiders, like Matthew Shepard and Neldon's sons (Randale and LaGrand). Their latest filings show the time frame for progress (if you can call it that) on those cases is as follows: Expert Discovery due by 12/21/2021. Motions due by 1/25/2022. Final Pretrial Conference set for 7/14/2022 at 10:00 AM in Rm 7.300 before Judge David Nuffer. 2-Day Jury Trial set for 7/26/2022 at 08:30 AM in Rm 7.300 before Judge David Nuffer. The above text came from Matthew Shepard's case (2:19-cv-00533). Neldon's sons' cases are scheduled during that same time frame. That will be over TEN YEARS since the raid on the Pilot Plant.
