The December 1st news has them dropping two board members and adding one high quality pick... but, the bigger issue is: the Company announces that shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) approved the creation of 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation beneficially owned by Eric Sprott, as a new Control Person Maybe not too much surprising, then, in the next news from December 8th: Canstar Closes $5.2 Million Flow-Through Financing
