The 6 swing states violated the Constitution by changing their election rules without going through the legislature.

That's an over statement. I recall there was one state in which the authority of election officials to make change was successfully challenged in court, one of the northern ones. Do you have evidence that the authority question was determined in six states?

Government 101: In government, legislatures pass laws that grant authorities to executive departments. The executive departments do not need to run to the legislature for every little thing. So the question would be in each of your six states who had authority to do what. That the legislature doesn't like how the executive executed his authority doesn't mean that the execution was a violation of anything, let alone the Constitution.
