Vaccines can have side effects. But if your looking at "a large percentage of the time" the only side effect for the Covid-19 vaccine that really fits that category is sore muscles at the site of the injection.

Perhaps I should have said it like this:

"An unusually large percentage of the time - for a vaccine"

My arm was fairly sore after the vaccines.

I knew some people who had worse - being laid up for a week. But they recovered.

And I know a couple who have developed more permanent issues which are likely due to the vaccine.

But then from I'm reading, even worse permanent reactions occur at a rate that is unacceptable.

The odds are ever in your favor with the vaccine.

But when they are not, is it worth the risk either way? Personal choice.
Since it does not seem to stop transmission or infection - perhaps only severity of your body's reaction to the infection.
