Sunk cost, no model for recovery. Why would you think blowing 7.5 Billion when the nation is broke and in an inflation mess? It is sheer stupidity. There is no model for any ROI on this. This is the kind of crazy nonsense that you and the others on this thread think are just jokes. 7.5Billion would have allowed us to set up a real electronic voting system that allows people to vote without leaving home. It would have completed substantial portions of the border wall. Rather than wasting it on something capitalists should and would provide out of CORPORATE MONEY. Without any vigorish. It was a truly stupid expenditure.
