Good idea. I am fairly sure stress can be a big factor in dealing with a virus infection.

If feeling tired, taking a nap is a good plan to help build up the defences.

Keeping reserves of home made chicken soup, selected meds you have confidence in, and a positive attitude can make a difference I think. Even the vaccine if it is what you have confidence in.

The placebo effect isn't just a experimental detail to take care of, it's real.

The "vaccine" could cause harm to the heart and other parts of the body from the evidence I have seen presented to date. . As did all the tobacco I smoked and alcohol I drank over the years. The body can recover from damage, and it's a matter of keeping thing in perspective as I see it. The important aspect of getting out of a hole in the ground is to stop digging downwards, most of us have difficulty recognising a mistake and reversing course. There does seem to be a genuine concern amongst qualified people that repeated vaccine doses can damage the effectiveness of the immune system.

Not sure if I have had Omicron or not yet. A group of people I mix with are all over 70 and have a number of medical conditions. Although I am anti vaccine, I am sensitive to their concerns and I stay away from the group as needed. Safety first, Once we do what is reasonable and practicable is the game to be played.

I worked with high risk stuff and processes in the past. Extensively, and with scant financial resources, as is always the usual case. It's down to what is "reasonable and practicable", its amazing how many times that settles matters in a positive and happy way.
