These are false statements. At no time was she either warned or told to stay out.

And even if she had been, that is not the question on use of deadly force. The question is, "Was the officer's, or someone else's, life in danger?"

If not, deadly force cannot be used. And there is no way anyone can conclude that a life was at stake.
