Because some of the uncertainty has been removed, as someone pointed out. That, coupled with a pre-earnings report--ASSUMING no surprises on that front, annoucements of new deals, and more details on its business plan--should easily lift the stock.

I also think it's very reassuring that it has become clear that the company is focused more on bingo than on video gaming.
