It is true the article indicates Raffensperger did not review the video. However, there was a report elsewhere that this was because they had to go through the subpoena process to maintain the proper procedure for evidence discovery. So, that is coming.

This is, this case and Wisconsin are lie MTP the other stolen states: We know widespread cheating occurred. And we know, as does Marc Elias, that cheating is no sin among Democrats and if you get away with it for two months you’re home free.

But we need for the truth to come out and this is the second of five essential states where the lies must be exposed.

Raffensperger has clearly backed off his original position that the election was clean.
