Leeb is a phd stock guru who got jammed up with some regulatory agency
over something to do with stocks. He paid a fine and there was bad
publicity and he could no longer continue as a media whore. Many of
these tv types are just that. I have seen his newsletter. Okay I guess,
I know he was touting nbr at 15 and it ran to 43. He is still touting
it at 25 or so. go figure.
