What I can't believe is in that stupid lawsuit, I saw that half the company resigned recently. That did not come over the major news services, why? And if this guy says he was deceived by the former SPCO officers, and that's why he invested in the first place, isn't that like getting insider information and then getting burned! What information could he have gotten which made him buy so much if it wasn't insider? Maybe he should be investigated, with the resigned officers for insider trading. I smell class action! This thing is one inch away from death ... Steve
