It’s behind paywall. I am not sure why they are cultivating bubbles. They must truly believe there are no consequences to be paid eventually. Many folks on si think low rates justify bubble valuations, no matter rates are low not because of price discovery, but rather because the Fed made them so. The disparity between bond yields and inflation is striking.
