That it's "less effective" is your spin on it. The only way that works logically is if your objective is to reduce the number of votes. Which, of course, is your stated objective. If you're an election professional in Republican Georgia, not so much.

The objective is not to get smaller numbers. The objective is to get precisely the correct numbers. They did not move toward that objective a single inch.

You don't know that.

15% were missing signatures altogether, by comparison. 21% were rejected because they arrived late. In context, unmatched signatures are not the be all and end all of ballot rejections. Not even close.

I said I wasn't going to do any more work... :/
