Locogringo, it's clear to me that the January 6th insurrectionists were convinced that rioting was OK. They thought that, because of all of the BLM riots that happened in 2020, they should get a pass on their own "mostly peaceful protest." Seattle's CHAZ, the assault on federal buildings all across the nation, and the whole concept of "might makes right" all factored into their decision-making. Of course, when you point this out to a leftie, they will counter with the usual plays out of the playbook: - STFU you racist! How dare you compare the plight of black people to these white insurrectionists! - But but that's the nation's Capitol, not some remote federal building or some mom-n-pop shop! If the Capitol falls, democracy LITERALLY dies! - Why are you against the very idea of democracy itself? Why are you such an authoritarian?
