OMFG.

You have 6% failures, and instead of fixing the failures you just quit calling them failures.

That does NOT change the number of failures even if the 6% becomes 0.3%. It hides the failures; it doesn't get rid of them.

My old Statistical Quality Control teacher must be spinning in his grave.

Just let it go. I tried to explain it in simple terms and you didn't get it. You're not gonna. For whatever reason.
