And the day he arrived, he had a vaccine in hand and 10 or 15 million people already vaccinated.

And in the first 90 days, he had 200 million vaccinated, despite his promise of 100 million that was greeted with scepticism by Trump cultists. Since then, most of the deaths have been Trump cultists who refuse vaccinations, masks or any other precautions. Which you applaud. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

I mean, I understand wanting to make him look bad. Literally dying as a result is pretty hardcore, though.
