If Trump hadn't had the vaccine in the pipeline when he left office Biden couldn't have done it, period. And he sure as hell didn't do anything in distribution. He just followed the path Trump had laid out. Lucky bastard he has someone ahead of him who could get things done. We would still have no vaccine today had Trump not brilliantly managed the plan to develop them. Biden could not have accomplished that with lack of cognitive ability. That's who you voted for. A dunce.
