Same as someone presenting with an aids related issue.
Same as someone with heart, insulin, eye, nerve problems due to morbid obesity.
Same as someone with liver problems due to excessive alcohol consumption.
I know, I know, the experimental fluid people are a special case.
I hope the fluids help. I would also hope, just in case they do harm, that the people harmed get appropriate medical care.
