Putin is a coward, and he is the way over his head. Appeasing a dictator - that what he wants, and it did not work, as we learn since Hitler started was in Europe. Dictator hates to see a strong response, and NATO united in front of aggression. That's why it's so important that his agent is not in White House anymore, and NATO is alive and ready to meet agression.
