Hello Richard: How ya doin? This company was rolled back a number of years ago. I would assume that this could be the odd lots coming out. After prolonged periods of inactivity shareholders dump what they own. This share structure is very tight with limited number of share O/S . The spread between the Bid and Ask is substantial . If you want the stock one has to pay the ask most of the time with this company. Talked to James Romano(PR) this week and he indicated that the stock was tightly held and liquidity was a concern of the company. It seems that there is never enough stock or it is so diluted no one wants to look at it...go figure...There is always something. Any how this is a good company with a good treasury and some decent properties in Mexico. Hope that is helpful.......Good Dayyyyyyyyy Ronald
