Insider trading disclosure a joke theglobeandmail.com Over at Corel, CEO Michael Cowpland didn't do his reputation much good when he sold $20.5-million worth of shares in August, ahead of the release of disastrous results in the third and fourth quarters. And when did the market learn of Mr. Cowpland's trades? In the first week of October. --- I sure hope they wake up in the TSE because I'm sure American's like yourself will not be very interested in Canadian companies if this behavior continues with any other companies in Canada. I would also get very discouraged myself. Corel has to be the prime example why this dumb rule should be changed. Mike
