| | | If you are doing well on 10K consider what an increased dosage might do for you. Studies, which are available and cited on this thread, but buried in the past, are available that show dosages of 40K can be taken with little risk to the individual. Being conservative to a point of being barely sufficient makes no sense.
I used to be on Ibu for joint and muscle pain, Earlier had serious muscle and tendon issues. I take at least 40K each day, watch for any overdosing symptoms, and no longer have muscle, joint, bone issues. I don't take ibu. I don't take other pain relievers, I fell well. I look at people ten years younger than I and see older people, in terms of physical ability and stamina.
Do yourself a favor. LIsten to Michael Hallack on Youtube. Every once in a while he lets it slip that higher dosages like 40K have not proven toxic in people who have taken it upwards of two years. As pogeu points out, and is confirmed by medical research, every cell in your body has D3 receptors. That is how important it is as a hormonal agent.
As we age our ability to produce D3 from sunshine declines by as much as 80percent. We NEED to supplement. We must supplement to survive. 10K is good. A well monitored 40K will likely do wonders for you.
Kick 40 year old ass on the running course, in the gym. Try 40 K for three months. Make a judgment based on how you feel. Don't let the hysteria of toxicity turn you off. It's based on a few instances, which are still taught in medical schools, and were grossly exaggerated at the time, and continue to be. Its an instance of medical practitioner hysteria. Almost no medical doctor has ever seen D3 toxicity, yet they all fear it and many present themselves as experts based on misinformation they learned in med school.. It’s BS.
Good luck. |
