Just had a late breakfast. Call it brunch. Including coffee ground from beans. The several shots of beetroot juice mixed with fresh extract from Ginger, Garlic, Lime and Lemon. The kippers (smoked herrings) are dyed store bought examples, but I have an order of the more genuine articles in place. In a sealed bag, with a small vent, they cook quickly from frozen in the microwave in two minutes. Food prepared in less than five minutes. Waiting for the water to boil for the cofee was the biggest task. Testing old equipment for functionality -g-
