Buys - RY and NIE Brought RY up to a .62 weight position with the NIE special dividend. Had a bit left over and, looking at things - NIE just increased their regular distribution by 32%, and gave that nice special dividend, so I picked up a few more shares. It is now a 3/4 weight position. I would not call this a position building decision, I would call it tossing some spare change at NIE. That may happen again.
