No. I haven't seen that discussion. My first thought is that the potential for voter coercion would be similar in each format. In Canada voter fraud is essentially a non-issue. I can't remember ever seeing it discussed. Probably because we have an independent, non-partisan agency responsible for conducting federal elections and redistribution of federal electoral districts. elections.ca
