William,

I just came across a couple of great articles on ACTL from 1/26 issue of EE Times.

1. "FPGA's catch up to speedy CPLD's" Written by Ken O'Neill, Product Marketing Manager and Warren Miller, Director Product Planning at Actel. Discusses FPGA's as a viable alternative to low density ASIC's.

2. "Processes Drive FPGA Technology" A great article discussing Antifuse vs. SRAM based architecture and the substantial advantage antifuse (ACTL!!!!!) holds as designs become dense. (50K gates +).

What do you think, did I earn a few OFF TOPIC comments? <ggg>

ASND was fun this week after those dark days in Nov. @ $22 - $23. I did sell 10% to free up some cash and diversify a bit. CS seems to be hitting a lot of resistance @ $17. I'm content to wait for a few opportunities to come to me, as I think the NASDAQ may be due for a breather after this week. But I do want back into ACTL. Hopefully will get the chance at <$13. How about ORCL today!

Drenched in San Jose!

Regards,

Larry
