Hi Neville, I talked with someone at the company today that said they were expected anyday. When I asked more specifics, she said that someone else would have to get back with me because she didn't know the answers.........still waiting for the call. I don't think they would have declared a dividend if they were expecting bad news from the new accounting firm though. Linda
