Jim - Yes, Prop. 211 may be the reason for lack of communication from the co. I read in today's paper that Intel has canceled its semiannual meeting for industry analysts, which it has held for more than 15 yrs., blaming California ballet initiative Prop. 211 which would make it easier for shareholders to sue companies. Intel isn't giving any more forecasts because it's concerned that Prop. 211 will increase its risk of "frivolous" shareholder lawsuits.

So now I guess it will be harder to get information from ALL concerned companies until we know whether or not the proposition passes.
