I can just imagine how well that would go down with those millions of Americans who have taken out their Home Loan Mortgages at rates FAR BELOW 9% !!!! ..... Not to mention the purchase loans on new or used motor vehicles, or the small business owner who recently took out a loan to expand his business .... etc, etc, etc ......
