Yes people who choose to bet their houses on interest rates going down may lose them. I am considering getting into learning how to buy tax liens so I can take advantage of the next downturn. we will see if i have the energy.

I feel like my portfolio is somewhat inflation protected from investments in nrz, oxy. mro , iep , apple, bwel , stwd, People are jumping up and down to buy the banks. i dont really understand why. in most cases you pay a premium to book and they have lots of competition they never had before.

meanwhile in stock market I sold most of the fedex I had to start a position in Moderna and add to ex spac loser market forge.
