Hate to be viewed as a "Negative Nellie", but one thing does strike me as odd.... The company name is now Planet Sports, on nothing more than a letter of intent? Am I missing something here? Letters of intent often become done deals, but they also often don't. Just seems a bit strange that the company is changing names when "final terms of the merger are currently in negotiation pending completion of a definitive agreement." If negotiations are happening, then it would seem it's not a done deal yet. Thoughts?
