Mark: I went back and read many of the notes going back to late fall. I know what happened to the stock and I know how much weight is placed on it. BTW, on 2/5/98, Zacks increased ECO to 1, up from a 2. I find this interesting in light of the fact that Zacks makes no recco on this issue, and makes no estimate for the year. They did, however, state earnings were due 2/5 and I am afraid some will jump ship if they are much later. I don't know how McGinnis, or any officer can make any clear definitive est. so early in their year. I also recall reading in prior notes that ECO has disappointed. I for one believe they will do it, as they have been very busy lately and the stock is gaining momentum daily. I did not think we would break 12 on a closing basis until the news of the aquisition is well known. Good luck Sparky
