Darleen, I recommend that you call the club and ask for Brackpool. He hangs out there. The company has moved its HQ from Rancho Cucamonga to LA Wilshire. You need to pull up a data base to follow the bio of Brackpool in the proxies. It has become sanitized with time. Follow things back to Fresno. But guess what? There's a lot worse out there. I leave it to you to find the best stuff. You need to track back to UK to find it. And while you're at it look at the 10K evaluations of the Cadiz Valley land. Now check out comps. Should the balance sheet get a haircut? If all else fails, visit - management, property, etc. Check out the guys on the BOD. There are lots of rocks to kick over in this company. This is a company that gets investments from 'stupid' money. That's what makes it so much fun as an investment vehicle. Do you go long or short, and at what price?
