The article about Dr Nass reminds me - yes, at some point HCQ did receive a EUA. It was promptly canceled - apparently, to preserve the “EUA spot” for the vaccines. I recall Dr Khan - the FDA chair at that time - trying to explain that suspension of the EUA leaves open the path for using HCQ off label. Sanctions against docs using meds off label are simply unlawful. The solution would be a court decision against such suppression. So far, afaik, no one filed one.
