I missed the “describes himself” language. Had they visited the person they were writing about - they’d probably discover all his diplomas hanging on the wall. But, I doubt that honest reporting was on their minds. About the right to try… there is a lot of such lawless stuff taking place. And no one can do much about it. We’re deteriorating.
