Mike, this is the thread where I try to be as helpful as I can to
SYSF shareholders. I'll agree that I get kind of insensitive on the
"PTEC superior to SYSF" thread.

I'd like to help you on a mis-perception you seem to have about
the current analyst ratings on SYSF.

First of all, the "strong buy" rating by Volpe Welty that you call
an upgrade was not an upgrade a few days ago. VW already
had a "strong buy" rating on the stock (as well as a
super-optimistic $45 price target....$90 pre-split).

Mike, if you're wondering why the stock tanked, maybe you should
call SystemSoft and get a copy of the DOWNGRADES made
by a couple of other major market-makers on SYSF a couple
days ago. But as has been mentioned, if SYSF's CEO says
VW knows the company better than any other analyst, you have
nothing to worry about...right? In other words, I'm just suggesting
that you be cautious about SYSF and their promises and their hype,
and not believe everything you hear.
